Privacy Policy
How Kingwood Motorcycle collects, uses, and protects your information — and the terms that govern your use of our services. Last updated: July 2026.
1. Information We Collect
Kingwood Motorcycle ("we," "us," or "our") may collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request a quote, or schedule service — including your name, phone number, email address, and location. We also collect limited technical data such as browser type and pages visited through standard analytics tools.
We do not request, store, or process payment card information through this website. All payments are handled directly between you and the technician at the time of service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to inquiries, coordinate service appointments, provide roadside assistance, and communicate about the work performed. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Limitation of Liability
Kingwood Motorcycle provides mobile motorcycle repair, diagnostics, tire services, and roadside assistance on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Kingwood Motorcycle, its owner, employees, agents, and affiliates shall be held harmless and are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or related to any service performed, advice given, or repair completed.
You acknowledge that motorcycles are inherently dangerous machines and that you remain solely responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle. Any work performed by Kingwood Motorcycle does not constitute a guarantee or warranty as to the roadworthiness, safety, or future performance of your motorcycle. You waive any right to bring Kingwood Motorcycle into any legal proceeding or to hold the company liable in any legal peril or situation arising from the use of our services.
4. Binding Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Kingwood Motorcycle's services or this website shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Harris County, Texas, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The customer agrees to choose arbitration as the sole method for resolving any such dispute and hereby knowingly and voluntarily waives the right to a trial by judge or jury in any court of law.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive or exemplary damages. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise in the final award. This arbitration agreement shall survive the termination of any service relationship.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Kingwood Motorcycle within thirty (30) days of your first service appointment; absent such notice, you accept arbitration as the sole dispute-resolution method.
5. Governing Law & Venue
This policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Arbitration proceedings, if any, shall take place in Harris County, Texas.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
